Responsibilities
- Execute precise assembly of bespoke furniture according to design specifications
- Bring a keen eye for detail and craftsmanship to ensure each product meets our high-quality standards.
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Work to production schedules
- Assist the factory team to carry out month-end stock take each month
- Travel to customer’s homes to support installation team when required
- Occasional pickups from suppliers
- Ensure work is of a high standard to support Right-First-Time target
- Be fit, punctual, polite and enthusiastic
- Support the manufacturing team and team of fitters when required
- Always follow health and safety procedures within the factory
Criteria
Essential
- A minimum of 1 year’s workshop joinery experience
- Full clean driver’s licence
- Passion for producing high-quality, customised products.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Good level of fitness
